The food

We always serve an extensive menu with a focus on products from the local region – both from the land and the sea. We also like to feature game during the season.

We’re serving a 5- and a 7-course menu. There’s always the option of adding a cheese course to the menu. This way you can choose to have an extensive meal or go through the menu a bit more rapid if desired.

5-course menu: 80 euro

7-course menu: 105 euro

5-course lunch menu: 75
(from September 15th)

Cheese supplement: 15,5 euro

On Saturdays we’re offering an early bird menu of 4 courses for 70 euro. We’re serving this to all reservations arriving between 17.30-18.00.

We can accommodate allergy’s and dietary restrictions only when we are notified in advance. We don’t offer the option for a kids menu.

The drinks

Wine is an important part of our range of drinks. We aim to provide a good balance of organic and traditionally produced wines. In addition to wine, we offer sake, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and spirits.

We offer a alcoholic as well as a non-alcoholic pairing with our menu. Our non-alcoholic drinks are made in house and are often based on kombucha, teas, fruits and herbs. You can order this pairing only in advance. You can do this whilst making a reservation or let us know in advance.

Choose from extensive drinks menu recently renowed by Star Wine List. Have you spotten a special bottle you would like to enjoy with us? Let us know in advance so we can serve it the best possible way. There is also another list with some specials and older vintages. Please feel free to ask for this at the restaurant.

Our products

We only work with local farmers, producers and suppliers. Our focus is to obtain the best quality products as fresh and locally as possible with minimal impact on the environment. Together with our regular suppliers, we are always looking for new products to surprise you.
