The food

We always serve an extensive menu with a focus on products from the local region – both from the land and the sea. We also like to feature game during the season.

We’re serving a 4- and a 8-course menu. We’re offering additional daily specials to add to the menu. There’s always the option of extending the menu with a preparation of Holstein ribeye. This way you can choose to have an extensive meal or go through the menu a bit more rapid if desired.

4-course menu: 70 euro

8-course menu: 119 euro

5-course lunch menu: 75 euro
(every Sunday)

Ribeye Holstein 100 gr p.p. (minimum of 2 persons): 20,5 euro

Cheese supplement: 15,5 euro

We can accommodate allergy’s and dietary restrictions only when we are notified in advance. We don’t offer the option for a kids menu.

The drinks

Wine is an important part of our range of drinks. We aim to provide a good balance of organic and traditionally produced wines. In addition to wine, we offer sake, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and spirits.

We offer a alcoholic as well as a non-alcoholic pairing with our menu. Our non-alcoholic drinks are made in house and are often based on kombucha, teas, fruits and herbs. You can order this pairing only in advance. You can do this whilst making a reservation or let us know in advance.

Our products

We only work with local farmers, producers and suppliers. Our focus is to obtain the best quality products as fresh and locally as possible with minimal impact on the environment. Together with our regular suppliers, we are always looking for new products to surprise you.
